The Cabinet will soon start the final design process to prepare for construction The meeting will be conducted in an open house format, allowing attendees to view a video and exhilbits, talk to KYTC representatives, ask questions about the project, and provide comments/input Written statements will be accepted at the meeting. A comment sheet will be distributed to make it more convenient to provide written comments. Comments also may be submitted by mail before September 27, 2019 to Chris Kuntz, Branch Manager Project Development, KYTC District 1 Office, 5501 Kentucky Dam Road, Paducah, Kentucky 42003. Displays and other materials presented at the public meeting also will be available for review at the District 1 Office in Paducah during the same time period. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. local time. Comments may also be presented during these hours. All written comments will become part of the official meeting record. Once compiled, the meeting record and other supporting documentation will be made available for review and copying only after an Open Records Request has been received and approved.
