NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF BALLARD RURAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE CORPORATION, INC. Dear Member: Get involved-Attend your cooperative's annual meeting!!! The meeting will be held in the gymnasium at Ballard County Middle School, Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. This will be the sixty-third annual meeting of your cooperative. Registration will begin at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to transact business that may require membership action. Every member is entitled to one vote; where a joint membership is held, either may vote, but not both. Nominees for trustees are made by either (1) a current trustee of the board may deliver to the principal office of the Cooperative written intent to seek reelection to the Board not less than thirty-five days prior to the date of the annual meeting or (2) any fifty or more members acting together may make other nominations by petition, in writing, delivered to the Cooperative at its principal office not less than thirty-five days prior to the annual meeting.
